Good morning family.

First off--- I am asking for you all to be praying for us who are traveling this Wednesday to

Central African Republic. 6 of us here from Hope will be spending 2 weeks there ministering to some of our affiliated churches.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is my thought for you today--- What are you expecting in life? Good things, bad things, whatever comes?

Are you one who believes that what you put in life, you get out from life? That makes sense in the natural. Yet if you plant one tomato plant, you don't just get one tomato, you get a whole bunch of them. I am a farmer at heart, like my dad was. I would never plant one plant if that was all I was going to get in return. I like to think and believe in ABUNDANCE. God does things in abundance. He is God.

in Matt. 9:29 it says, "According to  your faith be it done unto  you."

Your expectations set the limits for your life and what you put your hand too.

If you don't expect anything good---guess what, you will never receive anything good.

If you don't expect things to  get better, they probably won't. Start setting your expectations higher than you have in the past. God promises to meet you at your level of expectations. Does not God's word ask us---"Is there anything to hard for God?"

Start expecting better and more in your personal situation.

Is someone sick at home, start expecting them to be healed.

Do you have a children that is not serving the Lord, start expecting that to turn around.

Are finances going south, start expecting God to give you an increase.

Are ther other challenges in your life, start expecting to overcome every challenge you face.

NOW!!! Listen up---make sure you are being obedient to God's Word. Don't mock God and expect Him to overlook your disobedience. (Don't MISS this truth!!!)

Obey God---Expect God, and see Him work out His purpose to bless you.

Live every day of your life with GREAT EXPECTATIONS, because we serve an ALMIGHTY God.

Much love,

Pastor G
