Great Saturday Morning to all.

Most of you know that I am a gardener at heart. Love to plant things. There is a reason why I love to plant, and that is because I love fresh vegetables and the sort. This past week I picked some of my first pole beans, peppers, and cucumber. MMMM good.---dealing me to our thought for this day found in 1 Cor. 9-6-8 "Whoever sows sparingly will reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also sows generously......."

Sowing is a spiritual term as well as a natural term. Most people understand that the more you sow the more you will probably get. That seems to be common sense.

Let me leave the beans and cucumbers aside and look at this principle in a biblical manner.

Ask yourself what have we sown into the lives of others and what fruit have we seen through that?

You we always reap in like manner. When I picked beans I was not surprized--know why? I planted beans. That what I expected to pick. Yey, even though I only planted 6 bean seeds in one planter, I picked a lot more than I planted. WOW!!! I am glad that's the way God designed it.

That's the way it also works in the spiritual realm. What you plant to seem to get more of. Plant love, you get love. Plant kindness, you get in like manner. That works all the time. But watch this, you plant unforgiveness, jealousy, bitterness, gossip ---YES, you will reap that as well in abundance.

So, here we are--- We all have choices to make. What do you choose to eat? Sweetness, or meanness? Blessings or pain? It is really not that complicated. Just know that works all the time. What you plant is what you reap.

Someone once said---WHAT YOU EAT, IS WHAT YOU ARE!!! A lot of truth in that.

Think about that as we daily continue to plant seeds.

Much love,

Pastor G
