Good Saturday morning to you all.
What a week we have all had from the memorial service to our own personal challenges.
Have you ever said--How have I gotten through all this? Well, I know I have. I am sure I will probably go through a few more of those weeks in time to come.
There is something that will help you and then I can share a thought or two.
Starting on October 1st and making a commitment to read ONE chapter a day from the book of Proverbs for the full month. Then in November do it all over again, and then do it again in December.

Prov. 8:34 says---"Blessed (happy) are those who listen to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway."
Where is your devotional life at, during this this time? You see between Sunday morning service and Wednesday night Bible study you have a "DASH" in your life. If that is not filled, all kinds of things can fill that gap. So, what have you filled it with? Well, along with the other things you have mentioned, here is another one to add to your list...."Personal Devotion Time"
You see, living a victorious christian life is never meant to be done on yesterday's strength.
But you need to see it more than a devotional time, but more of a LIFELINE.
Regardless of the length of time, you must make time every day to get rebooted spiritually for the battle that pursue. You do know that the battle rages on throughout the week? But it is a battle that's already been won. You just need to be sure you are on the right team.
Let me give you a verse to memorize---Ps. 31:19---"How great is the goodness you have stored up for those who fear you. You lavish it on those who come to you for protection, blessing them before the watching world."
Show God your first and your best, and in return He will give you wisdom, peace and strength that will overflow you and meet you needs for that day.
Until tomorrow--
Pastor G
