Good Saturday Morning to you all

Well, Spring has just sprung. I hope the temperature knows that. What a cold winter, but praise God we made it.

We have all heard the phrase: "God is a God of second chances." That is definitely true. He forgives us over and over and we are grateful for that.

This morning, I want to address the issue that God wants to give us a 2nd chance to fulfill our assignment (mission) in life. If you have set it aside, it is time to pick it up and move forward with it. SEIZE IT!!! Don't waste it. It's time to focus on God's unique calling for your life.

The Ap. Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians - Since we are God's coworkers, we urge you not to let God's kindness be wasted on you.

God's done so much for us. He has forgiven our sins. He's given us a second chance to serve Him with the gift and ability to serve Him. Let's not waste it.

What has God given you to do in this life you now live? That gift is meant to bless someone else through you, not primarily for you, though it is channeled through you.

This life on earth is short compared to eternity. God will honor what you are faithful to, but think of the blessing you could be to others. Pick up that gift again and remind God, saying, "Here I am Lord, use me to bless others."

No matter how much you have messed up, God hasn't changed your mission. Your name is still assigned to it. So, here is my thought for you: get back to it, start today.

In God's goodness, He gave you (US) another chance. So, don't start tomorrow, start today. Don't delay; just obey.

God's second chances reflect His mercy, grace, and love for you and me.

Much love,

Pastor G
