Good morning Married Couples.

Have you started planting your garden yet? I have. In fact, some of my seeds have come up out of the ground. Without getting silly there is a sense of satisfaction in seeing that result. There is something in the seed that God placed in it, that when I do what I am supposed to do it allows the inside of that seed to do what it was intended to do.

That principle works no matter what you plant; it will grow in "LIKE". Plant tomatoes, get tomatoes. Plant poison ivy, get poison ivy---get the picture?

One thing I know about vegetable plants is that in most cases you have to plant them every year. If you think that they will come up every year by themselves, you will be disappointed.

There are a few exceptions to this rule.

Here is my challenge to all. What have we been planting in our marriage lately?

Whatever you plant is what you will receive as a harvest.

Gal. 6:7 tells us--Whatsoever a man sows, so shall he reap. That's pretty clear.

I am not going to list a bunch of things you should be sowing. I believe you know them. What just in case---start with Gal. 5:22-23.

As you plant the seeds, I will guarantee based on God's Word that you will receive that back in abundance.

Now please know this, some seeds take a little longer to bear its fruit. Be patient. This is not one of my favorite things to do, but if you don't you will get frustrated and pull out the plant that is starting to show itself.

In a short time you WILL reap a harvest of what you were hoping for in your marriage.

By the way--keep the WEEDS out of your garden both vegetables and your marriage.

You will enjoy both.

Much love,

Pastor G
